Yeh will do

think me and my bro are going to give it a go in the next month! should be intersting ! I bought the 'Car Alarm and Immobiliser +Ultrasonic +4D Central Lock AL60W-P' kit. Looks good, you can choose what type of keys you want aswell which is great, and you even get the vw logo on the key

I have an RClick remote central locking. Really easy to fit - just locate your central locking unit in the boot of your car and connect the wires as stated. There is a very good guide on here somewhere.

Good to see you on here Greg, you'll have to get your brother to get himself up here to fix that lupo barrel and wire up my 6n foglights lol. Car looks good though, BBS are coming up well you'll have to give me some tips on how to refurb my second set, i'm thinking to do them in a crazy colour lol. Daz

Cheers mate

Yeh the wheels came up really well, better than i thought. Will look great once the centres are done. Going to order some carbon bbs centre caps, i think they look pretty cool

. What bbs wheels you planning on refurbing? the same as mine?

Yep the standard 15" ones, going for another polished lip I reckon (I had a set off your bro, this is my second set) but tempted to paint the lip so I can run as winters. Carbon center caps sound good, will look ace when the centers have been done

Good man

yeh sounds like a good idea, what colour you thinking about painting them? Wheels arent going to be on the car for a while as dont want to curb them while im learning to park etc

Not sure on colour yet, I was thinking a gunmetal/anthracite colour. Maybe just a fresh silver would be a nice touch? I put my BBS on when I was learning to drive, didn't curb them at all until about 2 months ago when I hit a curb in the snow

Did you need a special tool to remove the bolts?
