oh man bad times! hope you get better soon pal!
i got 205bhp and 270lb/ft torque!
surpised at both really, its a lower bhp than i thought it would have, but that flipping torque figure is super! haha! pulls you all over the road!
im going back on the 9th nov to get it mapped on the rollers to get it set up properly! this guy was there in a ibiza with exactly the same mods but set up on the rollers and he got 220bhp and 295lb/ft!

mine was also rolling road setup and pulle a strong, smooth, 233 bhp and 291ft/lb with the following mods
Forge FMIC
Forge TIP
Forge Hoses
APR R1 DV
JR Filetr
Miltek Turbo back exhaust inc High Flow Sports Cat
4 bar FPR
n75J Valve
Neuspeed Power Gasket
ECS Stage 1 Clutch & Single Mass Flywheel Conversion
its insane, bullet like performance, 30mph - 60mph in 2.4 seconds haha, torque hammers you in to your seat
BUT
fook me its terrible on fuel, trying to drive like a pensioner and im only seeing 26.8 mpg max, used to easilly hit mid 30's on apr stage 2

I was going to do it, but I think I will leave it after youve said that, with stage 1 I only lost around 2mpg, and when you put your foot down it gets thirsty
but my mates M3 averages out at only a little less than that Haha

I easily get low 30's to mid 30's with a mix of 'normal' driving and 'spirited' driving.

gillen which varient of the stage 2 map did you select? , see, kc has got his just loaded on and gets good economy (not heard any complaints) and what seems to be poor power on the rollers for a stage 2 car
mine was the higher octane varient of stage 2 AND was set up and adjusted to suit my other mods on the rollers and pulled another nearly 30 bhp and 20 ft/lb,
if yours was just loaded on, your stage 2 will just be generic, and so could be the reason your economy is still ok, just a thought

I think you're right Jeff.
Mine was done on the road as it was to low to get on the dyno

.
I'm going up to Awesome soon to get them to adjust it on their dyno!

yeah unlike others, awesome use a dynojet rolling road, where the car is actually driven on to a single roller and strapped, not drived down in to 2 rollers

^ what jeff said lol
but s**t me the fueling is worse than the APR jeff! haha!
its getting set up properly on the 9th Nov on the rollers so hopefully it will see more power through!
i had a look at your power graph and s**t me it boosts a way lot higher with the proper set up! only difference is i havent got the front mount yet and the N75 (still unsure if there is a point)
the front mount ive looked into and i cant see me spending 600 quids for an extra 20bhp though
if your around on the 9th gimme a shout, i wanna see what its like in your car! to get a comparison!

I have had Stage 2 REVO since May this year. I haven't had a chance to get it dynoed yet....
The settings as far as I know on REVOs are
1) boost
2) timing
3) fuel
I think my setup is currently boost 8, timing 7, fueling 9.
My fuel consumption from Stage 1 REVO (which was around 27MPG on average daily city / highway driving) dropped to about 22-24MPG depending on the style I drive.
The boost peaks at 24psi, and holds on at 22psi.
How about you guys?

see on my REVO stage 1 i am averageing out at 32-34mpg all on backroads and round town etc I never have a need to go on motorways in the polo.
I must be driving like a grandad!?!?!?

Have you guys not received dyno chart with boost as well? AFR / boost - you probably want to see those too.
Otherwise - you can do rolling test on each others car with VAGCOM and measured the block data.
Can't believe you guys don't have a boost gauge in your cars!! First thing to look for if you think you lost some power...

jeff ill give you a shout bud, are you on the same number?
