Quite a few people are getting nabbed over here now, I'm guessing the coppers are getting sck of being blinded while driving down the freeways now:) Now they're stinging people for incorrect usage of fog lamps too....
Unlucky

The worst coppers here are the country ones, it's as if you are offending them by just driving through their little sh**ers ditch of a town that's full of in-bred cousins....

Are we any closer to get an answer here.
Fairly interested in this.
Any news on part numbers for lights and washer bits and self levelling adjusters.
Any chance on dealers retrofitting it?
The price seems steep, is that a complete set and retrofit?

Even with a retrofit, I very much doubt they would retrofit headlamp washers and the self levelling sensors (not sure where they're located in the car) and the actual unit themselves. To do this at a dealer you'd be crazy, I think someone before has been quoted £3,000+ for this!!

I'll be doing it myself at some stage in the future. £600 for headlamps. £350 for kufatec fitting kit. Then just a bit of time. Luckily I have winter pack.

I second that, i'm interested in fitting some OEM Bi-Xenons to my Polo however my dealer won't fit do it.

I was thinking about purchasing these :

however I've heard there are some complications.. I've got the winter pack so i already have the headlight washers but do i also need to purchase the sensors for detecting where the beam is???

Thoughts?

i ve done it
Xenon lenses fitted into std headlights
Costed me $300 all in all work took around 8 hours doing the whole thing including splitting the glass and putting it back etc.

Feels like a spot light, its very powerful & controllable and doesnt cause any inconvenience for other drivers (tried driving ahead of my car with a friend)
There are few minor downsides that i didnt expect (like for some reason its starting 2 meters away from my front bumper and its not as cool as oem) but hey, all in all its a great upgrade for the money if you are after a better light.

iphone photos as usual ><
