All of the windows need to be in "one touch" mode, where a single press of the switch will lower/raise the window completely. If any of your windows don't do this then lower that window & keep the swicth operated for a few seconds. Then raise it & again hold the switch. After that, "one touch" operation should be enabled for that window.
