Sub woofer power cable help!!

Oh no, not scotch locks! Aside from the old twisting of wires and then wrapping in electrical tape, while easy, they have to be the most rudimentary of electrical connectors out there! We spec them at work and I hate them, though to be honest, I am yet to see one fail...

Haha they were unbelievably fiddly to do but they've done the job! Managed to pick a good fuse too go for to hooked it up to the cigarette lighter one

surely there is one of the headunit wires that could be used as the remote, that becomes live when the rcd unit is turned on, then goes dead when turned off....

I dunno maybe but I found a fuse that turns it on with the electrics so I'm happy

Cool, yeah, I have an amp that I keep planning on wiring into the car but I just can't be bothered finding the correct wires:) I should just bite the bullet and do it:)
