got the segins all tyred up now..

thanks mate! they are painted in an audi colour.. Grey special edition black.. its a nice sating finish.

So I got the wheels and coilovers on just in time for players! Left the helpers in to see how low I could go.. Which turns out is not low enough so they will be coming out ASAP! Got it tracked and then have it a clean..

Just picked up my nimbus grey 5 door match today

Traded in my red 1.2 s with aircon

Like the rims and look but why such thin tyres ?

some people think thinner tires make the car look better, also it makes it lower.

merc + 6r..

good chose mate, i wanted segins, but didnt have the money so had to settle for monos, looks unreal mate, same set up as me 17x7.5 with 185/35r17,

get ya helpers and adjusters out mate and it will sit perfect

,

ps wish i come down to player now just too see this mate

I hope they weren't expensive as that's a shockingly small amount of drop regardless of helper springs.

I'd say either swap those coils for some that drop more than a set of lowering springs or buy baloon tyres dude.

I spent £180 on a cheap set of coils and gutted them out with my wires (17" 8.5J) with 195 45 17 tyres and you couldn't get your fingers into the arch. Check out my other posts for the 'Wired 6R'.

Those wheels would actually look decent with no arch gap.

Hate come across as a prick, just my two pennuth.

helpers are still in the front and the adjusters are still in the back, wound all the way down.. the helpers etc will be coming out soon though dont worry! not going to buy ballon tyres as they are gay, worth spending the money on decent coils as the ride really nice

.. i do need to get it lower i know, aiming for a minium of another inch all round i hope

players was a good show, so many nice cars there!

the white one on BLQ's? looked nice man, i looked into getting a set of them before i got my segins.. sit pretty decent aswell! had a few pics of yours on my phone
