Other than the eyelids an the Cupra spoiler it looks good.
This frontspoiler fits perfectly and looks awesome.

Excellent!!!, you're a genius, good work with the bracket.
What is the force and Ø of the gas strut?
I'll do soon ...

Re: [ORiOn] VW Polo 6R BlueGT
Its pretty easy to do... The force could be between 250 and 350nm, it depends on how much you want to lift the hood before it lifts by it self... And the Ø, i don't think it matters much, as long as it's not that large... And for the size of it, between 44 and 48cm i guess...
What i did was go to a garage and ask them for the used gas strut that they had, and then i tried them out and found the best one...
Our Indian friends have the tutorial: http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/technical ... -polo.html

Hey Orion.
Do you think it would be possible for you to make a video where we get the sound of the exhaust from inside the car while driving on the road?
I'm a little curious about how much noise there is in the cabine with the Friedrich system.
If your up for it of course???
And is this the system you have on: http://www.fms-tuning.de/product_info.p ... nlage.html

You're welcome.ciclo wrote:Thanks for the link.

Based on the type of strut you choose, you may get better results. I didn't want the bonnet to be opened with a huge force thus chose a strut with a smaller force.
