do you know if mirror link can be added onto a RNS510?

On the MirrorLink situation, I've subsequently downloaded the BringGo navigation app from EnGis, this is MirrorLink certified so should be able to work whilst driving, safe to say it doesn't.
Same problem as Google Maps, I can connect my phone via USB, I can replicate the navigation app on the screen in the car, as soon as I start driving I get an error message and the app closes.
Very annoying!

The cynic in me suggests that VW would rather we buy their overpriced satnav. And of course I would have if Id known that there are going to be these problems.
