Buddy, from your admap, in RT forums, it doesn't seem like your BCM supports RLS. You seem to be missing the following channels in 09. So, I would guess, no matter the sensor you're putting in, without the BCM sorted out, you'll have no luck.
These are taken from a 2016 Seat Ibiza 6P 1.4 TDI DSG7 (CUSB) BCM 6C0-937-089-C --- PQ26 Hi4R H08 0086
It's using
00984D as coding in RLS subsystem and
Byte 6 in 09 would be

It's weird because you do seem to have 0094 software ( meaning 089D ). So, not really sure what's happened on your end, but surely you need to sort your BCM software first, because, as of now, it has no idea of what RLS is.
Even I have the channels ( though marked as not available ) on a 089A meaning 0056 software revision if i'm correct.

yes my friend, software 0094, bcm 89D but I don't see the sensor if I do the adaptation channels correctly, i think they have revised the software

Buddy. The channels you mentioned have nothing to do with the ones I quoted.
Your issue is the BCM which doesn't know about the RLS. Have it fixed at a dealer. Nothing we can do for you here.

Does your auto headlight and rain sensor work?

I went for a plug and play option which involves installing a new switch and it's own light sensor. Seems to work well and took about 5 minutes to install with a trim removing tool. The only downside is that when exiting the car, the lights-on warning message appears as does the warning chime whilst the door is open. Not a big deal in the vast scheme of things and I'm happy nonetheless.
I bought the item online but there are cheaper versions directly from aliexpress, banggood et al.
