Well, I'm getting an Xcellence Lux so I get proper windows all round! The Fabia also gets keep-fit windows in the back on all but the Monte Carlo, and before the facelift it was across the range. The Fiesta is similar- only the Titanium X and up get rear electric windows as standard.
My first car was a 2002 Polo, and that had keep-fit windows even in the front! It didn't have central locking either. Very basic, but had what kept me happy (4 wheels and an engine), and what kept my mum happy (airbags, ABS brakes, a reasonable EuroNCAP rating, and cheap-ish insurance). I think the base model Polos had manual front windows until the Mk.5 arrived in late 2009!
