The UK Tiguan forums seems to have quite a bit of detail on ships.

Yeah I've been scouring that one for the last few weeks, seems th be pretty well informed

Yep - the Tiguan forum

If the polos are up next to board the Malacca Highway, do you get a text or an update on the tracking app when it boards?

Or will you not know for sure if it's boarded until it arrives in the UK?

Just had a email to say my car is now in the U.K. wonder how long now till pick up?? Ordered 7/1/20.

Can you remember when you got the 5a & 5b notifications via the tracking app? Also where abouts in the country are you - North, South or in the middle - just trying to figure out which ports getting cars through

I’m in Suffolk, will pick up from Wolsey VW in Ipswich. My app still shows stage 3-build date confirmed lot of use that is!!

No news on my wife's Polo.

Delivered to Emden 7th April.

ETA - The app still states "Step 2 - With the factory".

The tracking app really is a pile of poo. Ensuring it’s kept updated probably hasn’t been seen as a priority by VW during the pandemic, but it’s never been particularly reliable or accurate.

IMO, best to just ignore it.

This may have been answered elsewhere (trying to juggle work and other stuff whilst writing this) but is there any way in the app to get the detail of if it is stage 5a, 5b or 5c?

I think the email and / or text tracking updates give more detail of stage 5 - whether it’s a, b or c.

Anyone had any info from the dealers?

The Malacca Highway has done a drop off that should of been full of VW's over the weekend.
