The wheels look way too big for the car. There are some very smart 9n's on polo9n.com with 18's. Might be worth having a look at what they have got. Perhaps look into some adjustable coilovers, although springs are cheap and would make a difference

I know the ride quality with 30mm springs on a standard 9n was pretty poor, nelson had this setup originally. Now he has 50mm on sports suspension the same as I had and that feels much better.
