I'm not going to do that, I have very little confidence in such tuning chips/boxes. In best case scenario I'd have little more bhp that would be limited by DSG anyway. I'll wait until I can tune both engine and DSG.

Fair enough I've had 3 new cars in 10 years used tdi tuning box on all off them and never had a problem and always been happy how they made the cars more fun and better over taking power. Yet when there was a tune released for my car I always took the box off and had them remapped. Hopefully there be a tune out early next year.

Bosch MG1CS031 has been cracked. Facelift GTI is now tunable.

Propably very similar to the pre-facelift, 250-260 HP and 400 Nm. I'd say that's right on the spot for FWD and this weight. Maybe a little too much even.

Magic Motorsport, so anyone using their tools will have access to it. You have to ask around in your area.

Anyone got any updates? Haven't heard of anyone doing them yet personally.

West Yorkshire Tuning has the 2021+ version listed now but I haven't contacted as they are too far away.

Apparently 235bhp and 400nm according to them.

Vw polo gti 2021 onwards can now have the gearbox tuned phantom tuning is the company I should imagine this summer for the ecu remap to be out
