I can confirm the car is 86bhp!
Although I almost had it chipped which would take it to 100! Nelson has had this done on his FSI and makes a noticable difference.

Interesting.... anyway!

Would these (bigger) alloys affect the performance of my car? 'cos for some strange reason I coulnd't go above 70mph yesterday. Not sure if it's jus a roadsurface issue, the new tyre, the new alloys or someone tampered with my ECU!? lol :P

i can confirm that bigger wheels do slow u down....... and the wider the wheel.. the more rolling resistance... which is more grippy

70? top speed is over 100!

Yeah 'cos you take up the whole road. LOL.

Anyway, how much does it affect you with your little *ahem* 1.2? :P I'm glad it's not affecting my acceleration too much at the moment.

Beautiful beautiful. Nice one guys ! Lovin' it!

So what is that pic of jus to double-check. They're some Eibach -30 or -50mm springs?

And yeah my shocks are the standard 1.4 (non-sport) one. :(

(Jus a question - what are "dampers" then?)
