Need it so I can finish the rain sensor and mirror install off as I have a non rain sensor windscreen at present

Ah! So I'll need to remember that if I ever need a new one! Had to get 2 on my old 6N due to cracks-one that was there when I bought it and another due to a stone hitting it! Where abouts is it different?

Where the mirror mounts there's a hole for the rain sensor to stick to the windscreen in the middle of the base
The normal mirror has a much smaller mount
Yeah if you ever need a new one, make sure you tell them it has a rain sensor!

It'll look even more wicked when its actually fitted.
Tim will be jealous as I have a black auto dimming mirror from a Mk4 golf for the stealth look

Really liking the updates Alex, are you planning on putting some 16 RX2s on too ? Also can't believe Greg is selling your old Gti - don't think they are that bad on fuel!
