This is a sale of wiring for POLO6R, however if it were possible to install this wiring in your Skoda Rapid I would also sell you the wiring, but I need to see an Autoscan from your car.

I have purchased a paddle steering for my car from cars equipment the paddles work fine the steering and air bag fits perfect.
issues :
1, horn not working
2, steering controls are not working - malfunctioning
resolutions :
there are only 3 retro fitters in India , they are not interested in helping me as I purchased the steering direct from their vendors .
then I searched for some one who can help me in India. but unlucky I am no one in India is having a good knowledge about this mods apart from the above 3 retrofitters.
some of my friends told me that I can find some good technical persons in this forum who can help me in getting the right steering controls.
About the multifunction steering wheel you bought:
The steering wheel belongs to the SK Fabia MK3 sold in Europe and other places (PQ26 platform), which belongs to a different platform than your SK Rapid (PQ25 platform), so electronically and electrically there are incompatibilities as you have seen.
It is highly likely that the Airbag/MFSW wiring wire configuration is not correct.
It is most likely missing a ground wire or terminal built into the airbag/horn itself.
Some of the buttons will not work in the right way anyway.
I no longer have wiring diagrams for Skoda for some time because I removed elsaWin from my laptop, so I cannot tell you exactly what would be a possible solution for the horn issue.
My advice is that you buy a diagnostic tool, they are easy to use and in the short term you will have amortized it instead of requesting diagnoses o codings from others.
Make regular retrofits without diagnostic tools is like driving a car without wheels.

Impossible to improve my answer or provide you with the solutions that you expect for several reasons:
- I no longer have the wiring diagrams for Skoda.
- I don't have an Autoscan from your Skoda Rapid.
- I don't have precise images of certain parts of your car, original or installed later. (essential in PQ25)
