What springs did you use? Also what exact size wheels and tyres are these?

I like the black touch on the nose and the mirrors benefit from being made black too.
Are those paddles an easy thing to fit?

There are some Chinese copies on Aliexpress that come highly recommended on the VWROC forum for fit and finish, supposedly every bit as good as the RL originals, for £50 ish instead of £192

Which colour would you go for? Silver to match the steering wheel body or black to match the dash behind? Red looms a bit tacky IMO, even if you do have velvet red dash inserts.

Probably silver so that they are more visible against what will be the dark trim and to compliment the touches on the wheel somewhat.
I also found a reasonably reviewed alternative in that price bracket. £192 is a bit unnecessary but I don't begrudge anybody who is willing to pay it.

I think £192 Is crazy money. You could commission a one-off CNC for that kind of money. Shouldn't cost more than £100 a set.

What ones have you been looking at? I might go for the Jogon (makes me think of Nick Frosts character in Hot Fuzz... "pfft - jog on!"). Apparently the critical area with these is the hole size for the securing pin, too big and they're rattle, the Jogons are supposed to be spot-on.

Wow shipped already! They quote up to 60 days (slow boat from China?) but most who've ordered at VWROC end up getting them in a week.
