Does your handbrake cover slide back and forth at all Endi?
Re: Endi_GTI's GTI
Mine does if you tug on it.Not during normal use though.nigelelliott394 wrote:Does your handbrake cover slide back and forth at all Endi?

Re: Endi_GTI's GTI
Yeah mine does as well. Only of you yank it on purpose. But it's fine for normal use. It's like the tab is too big and does not locate properly

Endi_GTI's GTI
I discovered this when the button slid back and the handbrake cover slid forward... Leaving me confused about how to fix this moving off from a set of traffic lights.
I was worried perhaps I should have left the 9n3 button on it because the 6n2 one almost feels too small. Anyone tried that?

Re: Endi_GTI's GTI
I did try and fit the 9n3 one as to start with as it looked nice and new. I did this by trimming out the inside to match the standard one. However the button is too long. Even trimming the prongs didn't work. It could possibly work if you cut down the button (with the prongs cut off) and then stick it onto the black button. I may try this and see how it goes. But it doesn't really bother me with it moving slightly.
