Yeah I have mate, thats why im only doing small thing until my 3years is up then prob get a bank loan to pay it off then thats when the fun begins lol.

Once you start modding, its hard to stop

yeah well i was only thinking lowered springs, 17" wheels, GTI grill (without the GTI badge) and a bottom sel grill, nothing major just something to make it look nice and to
turn heads

i will change mine after 3 years for a different vw as i get abit bored of cars after a while lol excuse for new projects i guess

where did you get the uk-polo.net sticker from mate?

When you fitted your deflectors where did you put the metal retaining clips? I have not fitted my deflectors yet but looking at the clips i cannot work out where they will fit as they look deeper than where the deflector fits. A picture would be great as i don't wanna muck em up

I got them made off ebay mate

I only got one clip with mine, I didnt notice it until after I put the deflectors in... So I didnt bother putting it in. If you find out what it is and where bouts it goes let me know lol.

I got 4 clips in total, 2 for each deflector i have now fitted mine i put one clip about 3 inches from the edge of the door and the other just before it kicks down near the mirror. I modified my clips by sliding black heat shrink over them and then shrinking it with a hair dryer

Little Update:
I originally got the carbon fibre sticker for my car key but did really work, so I went for this white plastic case instead
