Well the Glovis Sunlight wasn't in PE to pick up our cars, she headed off to Durban now. There is a transporter that seems to be anchored in the bay outside of PE (the Delphinus Leader) who is meant to be docking at PE, fingers crossed she's going to pick them up!
Yeah I spotted this. I'm keeping an eye on the Glovis Crown, left PE on the 26th which is two days before In the Transit notifications but you never know.
Also received an email from dealer yesterday with a video to say that the car is built and on the way, still scheduled for May.

According to another tracking site, Glovis Sunlight was in Port at PE for over 18 hours from the 30th March from 7.26am. Hopefully more news for ones who are waiting patiently.

She was and then left, heading east (ie the wrong way for us) to East London SA and is now on her way to Durban SA, there is a chance she could just be offloading at those places and then heading back but I am not going to hold my breath and we won't know until she has docked at Durban and her crew post her next destination.

It seems that some of these vehicle carriers operating around South Africa do not have a set plan for loading, maybe something to do with what vehicles are reading for loading at that particular port. I believe RHD Mercedes at East London, 3 Series BMW at Durban I assume, all heading to EU???

Could well be and I really hope it is but I am going to keep my expectations low to avoid disappointments .

The Glovis Spring did something similar. Stopped at Durban then went down to Port Elizabeth then back up to East London.
It could very well stop back at Port Elizabeth. I was getting quite annoyed watching the ship go back in the wrong direction!

My car was built on 8/3. I have a confirmation from the dealer that it is on a ship but they can't tell which one. I'm hoping it's the Glovis Spring and if not the Grand Dahlia.
My A1 is due a service on the 26th plus an mot. The service is paid for on a plan but not the mot plus I have to take a day off to go 70 miles round trip to the Audi dealer. Plus they are recommending a brake fluid change at £70....all money I don't want to spend.
Dealer says they will have a delivery date for me once it lands in the UK
Fingers crossed

If you've been waiting long I'd be pushing for them to pay for it. I got my dealer to agree that if the delay meant I needed a service/mot, they'd pay and I only ordered in Sept.

Hoping for a swift delivery of our 2nd GTI+ (got 5a notification last Friday) as someone will be picking up our Golf R next week after it just sold for a cracking price on Tootle (£10700 depreciation over 46 months ownership on a £32k RRP car that I paid £28k for - doesn't get much better than that (£233 a month depreciation)!

Hassle them. I been waiting over a year for my car. since then my existing car has had a service paid for by VW. MOT paid for by VW. No 5th gear paid for by VW and they still promised me compensation in one way or another when I finally take delivery hopefully some time this month? I hope its on the Glovis Spring thats due in at Emden at 22:30 hrs. Im off work w/c 15th April so hoping it will be at dealership by then??
