You have installed xenon headlights and now with Byte22 Bit5 enabled the automatic lights.
Only for curiosity, what happens if you disable Byte 21 Bit7 in your BCM?

I check this tommorow , now LH (low beam) working via Light sensor , CH not working. Is possible to activate this function via DRL ?
At the moment i have disconnected Fog Lights , beacose I`am waiting for relay holder for second relay.

Coming Home is manual, not works automatically. You have to pull from high beam stalk when ignition key is OFF/OUT.

Ok.

Now it all makes more sense.

To start

, you need to install this wiring in your T5 to solve communication problems with the CAN lines. (IC -instruments-, A/C, etc ...)

Thanks ciclo, do these need installing for all modules to cluster? Or do I just need to repin?

so these wires are not already installed? how does the old bcm communicate? sorry for the questions just not understanding what is needed to be done
edit: i see now i have to install the wires you shown in the picture, it was confusing me because in the picture it says to isolate the 2 wires with tape..... this correct?

These BCM units has integrated gateway, so gateway on your stock BCM 7H0937087 connetcted to other cintrol units through 2 types CAN-bus wires. But the gateway of 090 BCM works with 3 types CAN-bus wires. The Instrument cluster works on this additional CAN-bus. So the faults at
Adresses 03;08;17;19;56;77 you have now will go out after connecting additional CAN wires.
To solve the faults at 09 CentrElectr you have to do:
1) Fault 00886 - Turn Signal Switch (E2)
008 - Implausible Signal
Change coding of 09CentrElectr. 28 byte change 08 to 00
2) Faults 01516 - Terminal 30; Left
011 - Open Circuit
00927 - Terminal 30 (Right)
011 - Open Circuit
Connect to T73a/63 and to T73b/68 wires 2.5mm2 from battery and these faults will go out but after that you will get 4 faults: Left Low beam open circuit, Right Low beam open circuit, Reverse light open circuit, license plate light open circuit,
You will have to connect them to BCM also. Left Low beam toT73a/2, Right Low beam toT73b/2 Reverse light to T73b/12, license plate light to T73b/7

Thank you firegrafik, that helps me understand, do I need to remove can bus wires already going to cluster or do they stay in place? 2.5mm2 where is best to take from? Engine fuse box, internal fuse box? And lastly are the low beam, reverse light, license plate light just repin? I do plan to fit xenon headlights also if that changes low beam wiring?

As you wish. I had extracted the terminals from the IC socket and each isolated separately.
Adam87 wrote:

I don't know the better place to take fused 2,5mm2 wires on T5. You could search a couple empty sockets in the fuse boxes but with power supply bus with 12V w/o ignition
Adam87 wrote:
...And lastly are the low beam, reverse light, license plate light just repin?
Low beam now works through the relay and through the fuses (I don't know the numbers) you need to find these wires and connect them to the BCM
As for the reverse light, license plate light wires, you could find them in the wire harnes which goes to the car's stern under the cover near the driver's footwell. Remove the this cover, then remove harnes tape and find those wires (I don't know those colors fir T5. On Polo sedan: blue-black is for reverse light, thick white - license light). Cut them up and connect the ends with lights to the BCM
Adam87 wrote:

The xenon headlight should be connected to the BCM also, so once you rewire low beam, you will not need to provide new wiring changes, except connecting additional wires for LED DRL and corner lights

I forgot about one important thing. You should also add a wire from light switch T17/7 to BCM T73b/52
