Ok it all makes sense now, thank you, so the new BCM just replaces the relays for lights (all built into the BCM)I can come from internal fuse box for supply for terminal 30

You can have a loot at the BCM Max wiring by ciclo as well, there must be a link in this topic somewhere

But you must bear in mind that this information is not for your T5 (logically). The idea is the same, but the fuses and relay are not the same.
Tip: Elsawin or Erwin.

I can not help right now, I'm doing home renovations (upgrades) Image. I guess in a month I'll be finished and then I will be available to help.

I understand I currently have renovations myself [emoji1] I have elsa so can check the diagrams would just be good to see a simple layout of basically what is needed [emoji106]
Thanks

Some time ago I retrofit exterior light wiring, make it through max BCM 7E0937090, installed the rain-light sensor and high-beam assistant(FLA).
Reports are below (unfortunately only on russian)

Information for those who are going to retrofit rear pdc to full front/rear pdc.
There is a possibility to get and send the original park-assist buttons for polo 6r with socket
Welcome to PM.

You already have the permanent plus (RVC), ground (RVC or somewhere else) and ground-if-hatch-is-open (T5/1)

Edit:
maybe a set of 8KD 947 411 next to the lock as well

Hello all,

I have been silently reading on your manuals and this topic for quite some time. I'd like to thank you for the effort you (and iichel!) put into the documentation of your mods.

I've installed OEM Bi-Xenon into my Bluemotion polo (2011) as well. However, I can not get the LEDs to work properly. I previously connected pins 10/12 to the LED DRL connectors in the bumper. I decided it was time to properly install the headlights by properly wiring the LEDs and adding AFS.

I recently connected the wires according to your diagrams for a polo bluemotion. However, the LEDs don't work in any mode. When measuring the voltages across the pins in T14:
Pin 10 12.2V (position 0/DRL), 5.8V (position 1/parking)
Pin 12 3.7V in any mode.
It feels like I'm missing a constant 12V here?

I have coded the BCM (88F) according to your instructions. The autoscan can be found here.

Could someone help me figure out what's wrong with my setup?

Kind regards,

Jos

Looks like something went very wrong with the AFS since that's not on the autoscan.
So you connected the T14/10's to the T2/1's in the bumper and the T14/12's to the BCM T73b/5 and T73b/6?

Because I'd expect a constant 12V on the pins 10 (more or less) and the 12V/6C on the pins 12 (PWM).
Please check this and report back how you connected it.

Left:
T14/10 to...
T14/12 to...

Right:
T14/10 to...
T14/12 to...

This is correct, AFS isn't working yet because I haven't got all the parts.
Because I'd expect a constant 12V on the pins 10 (more or less) and the 12V/6C on the pins 12 (PWM).
This is what I would have expected as well.

I have rechecked the connections and they are as following:
left
T14/10 to BUMPER DRL (= T73b/3) (~6-12V)
T14/12 to T73b/5 (~3.7V unloaded or ~0.5V when loaded by T14/12)

right
T14/10 to BUMPER DRL (= T73a/5) (~6-12V)
T14/12 to T73b/6 (~3.7V unloaded or ~0.5V when loaded by T14/12)

I have also tried to set the factory long coding with the 5 modified bytes; however it still doesn't work.
