I ordered my car via Car Wow. After I placed the order I got an email saying thanks for using Car Wow when you take delivery you will be entitled to a free gift. I chose a Diners club thing for a year. They said they would get back to me after I take delivery.
Tonight I got an email from them saying, congrats on taking delivery of your new car, please claim your gift now.
Tracker email says car still in Emden, do Car Wow know something nobody else does?????????????????????

Carwow just offered me my free gift once the dealer had confirmed I had ordered a car from then, I got my £20 Amazon voucher the other day, they didn't mention anything about waiting until delivery.

‘Your car is still in Germany awaiting a ship to the UK’
So 9 days waiting for a boat.

same for me 9 days

I must admit i haven't read all the posts. Or forgotten. So how long is the usual wait for the car to get on a boat from first leaving the factory? 2 weeks?

No update this morning. Mine has been in Emden since last Saturday.

Got a feeling it'll be stuck at Grimsby for a while as well, when it eventually arrives.

If mine gets stuck at Grimsby I’ll go and pick it up myself
