Umm - Sort of I think, haven't noticed a MASSIVE difference though.
On the look for some rear polybushes to combo it

Should be like this
The only reason I can think it would be rattling is that you haven't tightened it down properly.
Otherwise, are you sure it's not the plastic trim?

actually I removed that metal plate(which I can't understand its purpose) and added a spacer so that the base of the brace does not touch the metal parts in the bushes. It is surely tightened very well cos I can shake all the car from the brace without is moving a millimetre in any direction :/
as for the plastic trim it is not the case as it is a metal to metal sound
I will have to de-assemble it and put that metal thing back and add some rubber spacers and see what happens

Put the metal plate on and remove your spacer - Should be fine

problem solved
problem was the lower nut under the bush was all loosened up, so the shock had some free play! all works great now. next maybe I'll do same as you suggested ... some poly-bushes for the rear end as mine are on the way out now as they started flaking. did you manage to source out some cos I searched and I found for everywhere but not the rear suspensions!

I have powerflex at the front so it would only make sense to get powerflex on the back

The part number for the rear is PFR85-615.
I haven't sourced any at the moment, but then I haven't really the funds - Alot to do on my list!

Following on from the amp mount - I picked up a cheap second hand sub today and popped it into my boot floor

I was pretty chuffed at my circle at this point
Cutting the carpet...

Filling the bootwell out with household insulation..

Final product..
Those going to clubpolo Brighton meet will see it on show

looks sweet but does it work well considering that the sub is not sealed in a box?
