looks good to me... make sure the arm is tightened properly to the rear axle and there is no play in the arm.
also make sure the brake lines are well tightened. :-)

managed to install the levelling sensor today. Just to be confirm, is the sensor in the right position with car park in level position and no load?

Thanks both of u! My sensor arm is indeed a bit twisted. Image

Jacked and readjusted. Now it’s good I think. Next is to visit vw for proper aiming and hoping they can recode the AFS module to polo 6R. I’m still with beetle setting 03. [emoji23]

Hi everybody
my next small retrofit project: 230v inverter power socket. I've been studying many diagrams from different vehicles for this and i would like to share my installation plan and getting some feedbacks from expert here whether im on the right direction or not,
Here's the plan:
inverter-01.jpg
I understand the signal cable (Terminal 61) is coming from connection B177 which is alternator signal. I know i can also use Terminal 15 for this, but using B177 would means the inverter will only works when engine is running, not just ignition ON right? Do you think its possible if i just tap the B177 from BCM T73b/49?

I'm planning to use the permanent power(terminal 30) from SB60 (which was prepared during my BCM Max installation by ciclo. As the fuse 60 is coming from fuse 49 (30A), is that ok if i use this SB60 with 30A?

Is there any grounding point in the right rear (c pillars) for the ground wire? so i can avoid running the ground wire all the way to the front again.

NO. The +30 signal-wire that reaches the SB60a fuse is 1.5mm2. It's not enough.

You must obligatorily install a new 4.0/6.0 mm2 wire from the battery --> fuse/s --> 2.5mm2 wire -->inverter. (and new/"better" battery?)

I'm planning a similar installation, but not to install an inverter. (It's a secret )

Wow. I’m so thankful Ciclo. Exactly what I’m worrying and you clear that out. Hurm. I know there’s 2 slots available on the battery to run a new wire. But I’m sure it’s a headache to me to run the wire from the battery into the Fusebox. I will try to look for the best route.

There is an earthing point on the left C pillar, and there is one on the spare wheel hole (battery GND connector for batteries in the boot, Polo GTI, Polo WRC).
Not sure whether you guys in the far East have it as well.

Ok noted iichel. Thanks. I hope there’s one. Because I had never open any of the side behind. My model with front battery, so there’s nothing under the spare wheel area.

The original harnesses run below the Battery.

With the appropriate cloth tape for engine compartment (exterior/high temperatures) or with corrugated pipe.

ciclo, that ebay seller's web shop listings is a good place for putting more information on available VW Group part numbers for pins/wires etc, thank you !

If I find a spare hour I'll make up my personal listing of parts along with their VW Group p/ns and maybe even pictures for future reference!

You're welcome, and yes, this eBay web store is awesome. Excellent items display, excellent eBay seller, excellent delivery times!!
You've had a good idea, sometimes, for unknown reasons, these excellent eBay stores disappear and we lose this valuable information.

I can’t see any grounding point here on the right rear end and also I’ve no idea where and how to mount the inverter module. Seems like no space at all. Hurm.

And interestingly the PDC module is on the right as well which I always thot it’s on the left.

Should be in the orange square, see Polo GTI as reference

Erm. I’m a bit confuse. Do you suggest I follow the polo GTI setup? Because mine not Polo GTI and the battery is at the front. So there’s no existing grounding point there or should I make one?
