Hola Kimd41. Welcome!

Have you thought about installing the multifunction steering wheel? In that case the three wires would not be necessary.

If you do not plan to install multifunction steering wheel, buy the three wires (000 979 009 E - 60 cm - yellow color) at the VW dealer or wherever you prefer with the color you prefer.
The only thing to keep in mind is the assignment of pins / slots between connectors +VCDS

The wheel upgrade is a bit pricey, I already got the TRIP stalk from a member of ClubVWPolo Spain for quite cheap, so planning to install it.

Gracias y felices fiestas!

Here you have some photos. I took the OEM way and fitted a pair of 35D959145 and 35D959146

The travel mode also works with the ledheadlights, no problem.
iichel, does the system support rear traffic assist, when you re reversing out from parking spot to detect incoming cars/pedestrians/cyclist from left/right? Or it is just blindspot assist? I understand there two different functions in one with the new jetta. Appreciate your sharing.

Here is the scan of my Polo 6r with the BCM 7H0
How can I get address 61? Appeared after installing the new BCM and my car does not have it.
I have absolutely the same issue. This is because the BCM was used, not new.
You should mark 61 control unit in the 19 Gateway's installation list. After than you should open 61 Battery Regulator and set the all bytes(at least 0 Byte) of the coding 00, after that exit from the 61 Battery Regulator, again to the 19 Gateway's installation list, unmark 61 Battery Regulator. Profit.
Ciclo today when doing a scan I noticed that the module 61 left my list, after doing what is described above the module left really.
When I did the module it remained but only today I saw that it had disappeared.
Thank you Ciclo and firegrafik for the tips.
Anyway tomorrow I will install the module, I already have the necessary material.
I'll give you some news later.

Thanks! Looks great but right light it's not perfect for car with door wind deflectors (like mine or ciclo)

Probably I need to change my module for AFS..

Yes I agree that it's not ideal for you guys.
The mirrors in the polo 6r do not offer the space for a different location.
Maybe an alternative could be in the door trim with I.e. the alarm safelock light, or a self-made LED solution. The signal is a 12V signal for full brightness and 6v pwm for dimming

so far we know that some modules from the Polo 6C on the MQB platform work in the 6R (the door control modules).
But many do not work, due to the different canbus protocols. The 6C is MQB (PQ25) while the 6R is PQ25.

Modules that do work in the Polo 6R and Polo 6C:
4 door control modules (for electric windows) via LIN
1 panoramic sunroof module (for sunroof) via LIN

I can now add the J367 battery monitor to this:

via LIN.

This could be useful information, in the search for cruise control on the steering wheel.
The 6C steering wheel buttons via LIN do not work so far in the 6R.

I've successfully wired and installed the TRIP stalk, woohoo! :D

But your comment in bold got me thinking and now I'm confused.... Why it wouldn't need wiring? My wheel doesn't have any buttons.

I though all new buttons need wiring as shown here: viewtopic.php?t=54171

So theres two things now:

1. The steering wheel with only controls on the left needs wiring?
2. The steering wheel with controls on both sides need wiring?
3. All VW wheels are compatible right? (with their airbag ofc)

Thank you so much man, you're awesome! :D

PD: The wiring diagram is from ELSAWIN right?

I already installed the battery module (61) but there is a problem.
The battery symbol is always on but in the scan I do not have any errors.
The only way to turn off the battery light is to deactivate module 61 again.
Any ideas on this?
Thank you

Did you install the j367 battery monitor? Or in other words, did you replace the negative pole wire of the battery to the chassis?

I installed it clear :)
Negative pole and its connections. It appears on the auto scan but the battery light does not disappear.

No, my alternator has no connection (LIN) is a normal alternator.
I think only the start-stop is that they have this alternator.
