I was thinking of having that done, but i think it doesnt look right. They removed the bump strips then plastic welded a sheet over i think to fill the gap then took the bumpers off and welded the back.

I was going to but i dont really want it like that, it looks a bit too modified and if i damage the splitter i will have to fix the whole bumper. I prefer it separate!

Just got mine back from bodyshop rear bumper is smoothed now but wont put pics up untill i get my schmidts back from the polishers and the new boot build is in!!

Very cheap for that amount of work phil, my rear bumper was in the bodyshop for 7days just for the smoothing because of the cold temp and the stress on the filled mouldings!

Dont want cracks now do i have ultimate dubs soon!!

It would be suicide with his Jon as he's so low, all it would take is to catch a speed bump and he'd have a nice big crack.

I think I'll keep the standard ride height so I'll be ok.

And I'm really going to have to enquire about getting mine done now.

And Clees, check this post http://www.tigerstyle.co.uk/poloforum/v ... polosilver there's a few pics of mine that should keep you pleased

Looking sweet mate. Very impressive.

Are the door handles the rear handles from a 5-door Polo or are they off a mk4 Golf or sumfin?

They just look a bit chunkier than originals for some reason.
