I should be be going - I'm only a 20 mins drive away.
If you guys coming from the south via the M1 (sidaba, Doug and Dan...) are still going I'm sure i could meet you at a service station and we could convoy up (plus i know where it is - been there so many times
)

ok so we've roughly got 7 or so people up for it, is there a set number of cars we need to get a stand sorted?

I rang them for info and the woman said that there is a minimum of 10 cars per stand
We can still go on the strip
and enter show and shine, for those that wernt sure
So how many have we got?

are you sure thats not maximum dude? i've got my own 'club' with my mate and there's only 4 of us!?
we're right next to the strip this yr too apparently!!

Yep she said minimum of 10 maximum of 20
Ive put my name down for the club polo stand now, didnt want to miss out on a club stand, and this doesnt seem to be going anywhere

ok, time to take the bull by the horns and actually do my job!
so far names for the stand include:

Dan_desiel (Dan)
Sidaba

Yolmol
so this means we need at least two more cars to actually make up a stand! anyone else fancy going on the stand? everyone welcome!
please let us know ASAP so we can get the ball rolling!

I'll see what happens, Paintballing is arranged for that day but I'm still not 100% sure what I'm doing with regards to going.
If I don't then I'll come, but don't stick my name on the list yet Doug, I'll give you an answer nearer the time

woohoo one more. Put an appeal in the Club House section maybe? Someone get a non-polo friend to join the stand just to make up the numbers?
