Ouch Tom! Wishing you a quick recovery, that does look nasty. See if you can sue the company for some compensation, that's what everyone else is doing nowadays. hopefully you shouldn't get any scars from that.

It's pretty good now actually, the pain has pretty much gone completely although it's still bandaged up.

Not sure how long the bandage is going to have to stay on though.
