Sitting thinking about it tonight i think im gona go for the low maintenance and easy option of just geting the wheels powdercoated original silver, lip included

If i dont like it can always then go and get it diamond cut, see how it goes

Will be making a start at the weekend

fair enough, i'd highly recommend a polished lip though!!!

They're a real b***h for corroding!!

Polished looks so much nicer...true to say its highish maintenance, but totally worth every bit of it when you see the reflection on other cars and windows :P

I think the whole wheel painted will look good, at the end of the day everybody has a polished lip so no basis for comparrison

Will see how i get on tonight, ill split a wheel and get to it

My old RXIIs were painted all round, and i wish they were polished.

Totally up to you tho mate, nicely refurbed RXIIs will look good regardless!

yeh whatever picture you find on here of my car on RXIIs, it'll be with a painted lip.

I wouldnt paint the lip i dont think it will look rite it needs to be polished or polished then laquered..
