is it legal to have the front plate black?and can you be without a front plate if you smooth that or is that illegal?

Black = illegal, no front plate = illegal. For it to be illegal though you need to be caught

Front plate in the window is also illegal, you have to have it on the front most part of your car. sucks

its illegal but i ain't been Caught(yet
)and i ain't had one on for 5 years lol
i don't run it all the time now with the black plate its on velcro so i can swap it easy if i do get a pull

lol, that don't work!!! you best off pleading ignorance. If you get out and change your plates over, they're gunna know that you're aware that you're breaking the law and give you the worst punishment.
