if you have patience, then do it
i did my last one in my mates garage during a bbq
few lads round, few beers, got down with the 600grit and started!
they were done by end of the night lol

daa709, i did my own mate, so it is do able, but you need to be careful, or you can spoil the surface by adding grooves in the plastic from sanding
it does take time though, i starter lightly with 600 grit working finer each time, finishing on 2000 used wet, just before painting

Thats gonna be my monday bank holiday when I get back from reading fest.!
Just gotta try and get the paint right this time. (halfords sh*te came out an off-grey last time on a scratch instead of reflex silver..)

i did my plastics on my astra b4 at work and used a DA made it so much easier noice and smooth too

Here are a few little updates:-
Painted the calipers../ wheels modified../ Front grill
My polo sport before i put summer wheels back on..
What does everyone think...?

Hey, it's looking great. Good job!
I changed the headlights for the black GTi ones and I thought they looked great on my Oly Blue.
Colour coding on side skirts?
Something to consider for the future maybe?
What's the red sticker on the OS rear window?
