You guys have valid arguments, but surely you shouldn't degrade to such a response, and allow moderators to acknowledge the behaviour of the individual and deal with it via notifying the user that his behaviour is deemed unnecessary and inappropriate and allow him to change, rather than to ridicule him.

We started this at work months ago with our new service advisor, really nice girl but thick as pig $hit, anyway we talked her into googling that question and she spent ages looking for the answer! LMAO
