I just look up the Manual. Its not in English bcoz the car is from Italy and its Italian manual and i dont understand anything. But on page 37 its says ASR instead of TC which actually is the same (Traction Control System or Anti-Slip Regulation)

no seriously mate its the box! the bearing are shot! but if you dont feel up 2 checking it yourself get one of your tec mates 2 check it for u!

polo gti were are you from?? id love 2 have a look at your car and see how it works!
or can u or alex take a photo of under your bonnet 2 the right u should have a box with brake pipes running into it! i wanna see if they have just used the same system from the golf?

sry but I am not even close to England, you cant have a look on my car, but may be soon ill post more pictures when the new coil suspension and tires are installed
and btw alexperkins when was the last time youve change your clutch or how many miles has on it ?

It was done back in June. Brand new VAG clutch. Car has done 85k now on the original box (wow!) and the clutch has had about 5k ish put on it

no such thing anymore mate thought u would know that! they are all rebuilt units!

Get a SACHS one and put it in whilst your at it! You know how much smoother mine is
