Yeah fitted them myself.

Just the wishbone bushes, the rear ones on the front wishbone.

Tell me more about the spring seat adjuster in the rear please? Will it make the car lower at the rear? I have eibach pro springs and they sit a bit high at the rear still.

I have a set of FK coilovers. The rear springs have a seat that can be adjusted up or down depending on ride height required.
I removed this completely.

i was recommended this guy a while ago, didnt get round to getting any as the discs and pads on mine are still nearly new but he came highly recommended! will look nice! seat bushes u fitted wat changes u notice?

The change is amazing it feels much stronger at the front more precise breaking and steering. Well worth it.

My original bushes lasted one week with lowered suspension and 17" alloys the best £18 i have spent on the car.

Clean those wheels sir! theres no mirror reflection!!!!

where did u get the seat bushes from mate? mines due for a service this sat so if i can pick some up before it goes in il av em fitted!

anyone for that matter, where did u get Seat bushes as il try n get some tomorow (if its a dealer?) what do i ask for, are they off an ibiza?

You can get them from the dealer or if it's easier order from Awesome

To be honest i am not sure they look brand new but my feelings are the are recon.
