hmm I have the E model as well but do not have that cup holder :/ thought that only the GTI or maybe the SE had them ...

I think mine is an E model as well.

Interesting never heard of that. You just have two coin trays then?

I know in Lupos they have either no cup holder and no coin tray, just the hazard buttons and such.
Or have two cups holders in some.

Same as yours but no cup holder, and heater knobs in place of the climat control.

this is mine. so instead of the cup holder there is a plastic cover! still just one coin holder...

I can honestly say I've never seen them with out. I've had three 6n2s and been in masses more and never seen them without!

I didn't even have the airbag steering wheel on mine, just the one like its found on the 6n!! cos in my country (Malta) people tend to go for the very very basic so apparently most of the E model polos are bare of any extras

yep we can still remove the plastic cover and fit the cup holder ... like a lot of polo owners do so I am amazed that out of 3 polos and all the ones you've seen non of them was without a cup holder

... good for you though

btw you had half of the lower dash falling off there hehe
