Very exited. I hope the next 4 days go fast !
I have a couple of modds lined up but nothing major. Just an Audi exhaust tip and hopefully if they arrive in time the vw pedal set. I told the guys at the dealership to de badge it for me. Its a free service and saves me doing it. Just hope the monkeys don't scratch the paint when they take them off. That's all for the first day ! The plan on Tuesday is to send off all relevant documents and get a nice set of legal pressed plates from http://www.dubmeister.co.uk/. Hopefully if i get time during the end of the week i will get a price to wrap the roof and wing mirrors in matt carbon. I've been looking everywhere for a sel bottom grill, cant find one for the price i wanna pay. I've bought it with the 16" knights so im not thinking of upgrading the wheels for sometime Long term after the wrap I really want a full VW body kit including spoiler and a nice r line steering wheel. The body-kit is a must, realistically the steering wheel will only be purchased if I find one for under £300. They are the only major things im gonna do. By the time im done with them i probably wont be able to afford to put petrol in it haha.

seen these on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/220964913511? ... 1423.l2649
just contemplating whether or not to get them. I bet they liven up the interior a lot but for what they are they seem quite expensive !! What do you think ?

Hopefully if your ebay man gets back to us with a price around £300 each, would be perfect! A steering wheel isnt worth much more than that! Would rather get a body kit if it is much dearer or even a RCD510

your totally right mate. £300 is top end really. When you think about it its a lot of money to pay !! That is why i try not to think about it hahaha
A rdc510 totally transforms the look of the inside and would be better value for money, but i really want a nice steering wheel hahaa

I take it your getting the rings for the headlight switch? Not the heaters. Do you get a set of 4? If you wanna sell one let me know.

Well i was thinking of getting the set of 4 ? 3 for the heater switches ( i didn't get the fancy climate control option, which looks super nice !) and 1 for the light switch

Curious to know why you thought i wasn't getting it for the heaters ? Do they already have chrome surrounds ? I didn't think they had ?
