Looks like he taped the light switch to avoid some rattle. I mean, you have a donkey polo, some of us have a few rattle snakes behind the dash making noises all trip long.

Yes.
The wiring for headlamp range regulator system (AFS) is not related to the BCM adaptation wiring or Auto lights wiring.
You can install it (AFS) at the time you prefer or
need.
The most important electrical installation is the BCM adaptation,
everything else is secondary.
The problem is that people has their ideas on the secondary things (logically
), - Bixenon, Autolights, many new functions with the new BCM via coding/adaptation, Direct TPMS, etc.
But, without the BCM adaptation wiring, nothing will work correctly in 6R without BCM Max from factory.
As simple as that.
However, and as a tip, the adaptation wiring looms should never be modified, the modifications are made in the original wiring (to improve it
).

Claudio, I think you don't understand what I want to tell you, apart from I see that English is not a language that we both master to perfection.
I sell these wiring as a favor to forum users,
I don't need to sell these wiring looms, but the materials and the use of my time due to my knowledges must be paid.
100% success.
If you want them, are you who should contact me, or request them at the sale (above link) or also here, I have no secrets for this.

But in fact if it were not for the translator I would not be here! ahahahaha [emoji23] in any case I asked you to talk in private simply because this topic I do not think is the right one, but not for anything else! Since I'm also a moderator of the Italian forum I know the rules and to avoid problems with the mods I allowed myself, but imagine I really appreciate the work you do for users !! I simply wondered if they were available only because in some posts I seemed to understand that now you had no availability .... that's all [emoji4]

So, the headlights I currently have are the Dectane and I did not make any changes to the wiring. for the photos you sent me it is rather difficult to answer because I do not remember the various up. However I installed retrofit, cruise control, volumetric anti-theft, folding mirrors, light and rain sensor, rear view camera and parking sensors.

Well, fortunately your Static Cornering Lights (SCLs) are controlled by the BCM.
I can manufacture your wiring looms for
BCM adaptation and Automatic lights 'B' (according to your current electrical installation).
Your new 7E0 BCM, your new Bixenon headlights, and your automatic lights will work perfectly.
It is imperative that you install all of them at the same time. I will provide you
here technical support for it.
Now, to your question by private message:
Do you want me to make your wiring looms?
YES /
NO

yes, of course you can!
Will the coming / leaving home and turning lights in the bi-xenon also work with this harness? While the fog lights will remain only such.

Ok, I'll start manufacturing your wiring looms today.
I explain you:
(prova a leggere senza usare il traduttore)
Your 6R is built from the factory in a certain way, which is the starting point to install the new Bixenon headlights, etc... in a correct way (factory/OEM).
To make
everything work perfectly in
your 6R, the following is
mandatory:
1- New BCM Max. New Bixenon headlights. Light switch with AUTO function.
2- Wiring looms 'B'. BCM adaptation wiring + Auto lights wiring.
3- Adapter harness T10-T14 for Bixenon headlights.

OK.

to the trash.
or

4- Foglights, wiring adaptation (in your case).

5- AFS (automatic headlights regulator system)
And
everything will work like a charm in your 6R.
