Hi everyone. Got gti + on Wednesday and are slowly getting used to the dsg gearbox, we are switching start/stop off as it is cutting engine before we are stopping. No big deal.
There are no motorways where we live so will have to go further south to have a shot on them.
Have had a few short runs about 20 miles each and am pleased that the mpg is closer to 40 than 30. Round town not so good but is to be expected. Used sport mode a few times and like the extra (fake)roar from the exhaust.
Very impressed with car so far and thanks to this forum I seem to know most of the issues to look out for.

Thanks for the info folks, I'll go look into the Phillips bulbs and the Bosch Wipers
