Don't worry, he'll tell us soon. Maybe he's installing the battery monitoring unit on the minus of the battery. But I'm now sure how that would make sense.

I have not thought about it until now, maybe I will, ... taking advantage of the battery console replace due to a manufacturing defect.

I will try to post the mods that are already finished and that are not related to other mods. (although most of the planned mods are related)
The biggest problem for my slowness is that I'm on vacation, refreshing drink= 2 hours, work= 0,002 sec , ...I guess I'll finish it in September.

Just joined the forum, I have to say you are a genius. The mods you have done are crazy cool!
Did you get the ACC radar to work?
Have you kept track of the cost and labour put into all these mods?

Thank you for your compliment. I've learned a lot, if not all, from what I know by reading forums and trying stuff myself.

No the ACC doesn't work since the engine doesn't know the ACC stuff. It's a good engine but not the most clever.

I did not keep track of the costs because I think that would be a depressing. I'm sure it would add up to a nice Golf 7,5 R20 with a lot of extras.
But I like my Polo and since it's a hobby, I think it's OK for it to cost some money from time to time...

Kessy Retrofit it's a nice stuff... I'm trying too! Just I'm case, maybe I can help you with ACC... I have done this already on my Toutan 2011 (never was from factory on this engine!) I make it possible!

I guess in case or your Touran, you might have a chance of flashing the engine ECU software or activate some bytes in the EEPROM?
But I'm not sure whether it's possible with my 1.2 TDI engine (code CFWA). What do you think?

It needs to change on the flash some bytes...

I guess it wouldn't hurt to have a look. I have a dump of the ECU software somewhere, I could send it to you to have a look at.

Hi! I have take a look on your PM, You have a Delphi ECU. Well, its not the same like my car was (EDC17C46) but must be possible, only question of time to do a looooooootttt of Tests. Where do you live?

Do you have the ACC Radar allready?

They said a cat would decrease pollution in exhaust gases but so far I don't see any effect....
