i guess he wants to remove the trim. it's not a sepereate part but part of the dashboard. it is melted into the dashboard, you'll need to say, drill or melt it out.
i wouldn't recommend to do this.

I see. I have some money available for a T6 BCM. Any recommendations on the right Z-code?
There are so many, high window rear door, mechancally locking tailgate etc etc. i don't know it anymore, too many options
The only one I know for sure is 8T1
7E0937090B ZTZ
This one will meet all your expectations.
434 Mhz
Led Headlights
HBA
Side Assist
RDK (if it is possible with the Amarok system)
CCS, ACC...
Interface for external use.
Etc...
Highline, Executive...
If you also want to install comfort tailgate: Z-code = 07W
It would be difficult (compatible parts) to install in our tiny 6R, but not impossible.

My sincere thanks to all three.
Elsawin and Erwin (last update) are a little joke about the WRC diagrams. I suppose to hide some information ...
I suppose that:
As for 31 fuse
As for S1, S2 fuses
And precisely the 87 terminal was the reason I asked for the images, due to other incongruities in other diagrams about the +15 terminal related with other systems... (I have to do some tests to be able to continue talking... )

rain closing:

Thanks iichel. But... what's new in that coding? I have that codification for three years and in my 6R does not work ... I do not want it to work.

iichel, did you get the Assistants menu in your MFA when you installed the Lane Assist? I was reviewing this Autoscan and I remembered your 7E0 Lane Assist.
hmm... what would happen if you test with your last BCM Bytes (26,27,28,29) ... 50 03 28 04 (faster will be all HEX at the same time 50032804 copy-paste).
hmm... Gateway in your case 042201 Please, report VCDS faults.

BTW, the solution for badufay (VWVortex)... to disable the DRL wink with turn signal. (Byte23 Bit7 = unmarked)

To display the oil temperature in the MFD+ (MFA, MFI - High, plus) the oil temp sensor is required and enable it in the MFD+ menu.
