The Polo has now been traded in and a nice shiny Golf .:R has taken it's place at Chez Hurdy

Still some bits up for grabs including the Loba Turbo guys

I'll let you know some comparison thoughts once I've had the .:R a week.

Here's a quick comparison...

Just been out for a play today. The Revo map went on down at Statllers and we had a little play to get her set up right.

Took the car out with the performance box and using launch control ( oh how I missed it! ) I managed the following. Bear in mind this is JUST a map at stage 1......






The fastest time I had with the Polo was 4.9 to 60 - the .:R with just a map is 4.4.
The fastest time I had with the Polo was 11.8 to 100 - The .:R with just a map is 11.6
The fastest 1/4 mile I had with the Polo was 13.6 - The .:R with just a remap is 13.2

The Modified Polo handled better in the dry and stopped better in all weather conditions. As stock for stock the .:R handles and stops better.

no surprises I guess except how bl00dy fast the .:R gets to 60!
