You should try getting your exhaust parts online, Ive got a tame mechanic, gave him the parts and he fitted my exhaust, manifold back and changed my cambelt for £160 (including the parts)

Paying £63 for both services, £17.99 for the tracking + camber, then £45 for the exhaust. All fitted with a 2 year warrenty, seems ok and unfortuantly it needs doing. Leeroy in his 106 thinks i'm ragging the engine everytime I pull off! Lol.

Tim in his Polo thinks so too! Only joking mate, that price sounds like a bargain!

Hopefully going to split them, get the centeres done either painted or powdercoated, not too sure on design/colour yet.

This exhaust is driving me nuts, i've taken her off the road for now!

wasnt too bad jay. Requires two people definately though, a hairdryer, and lots of patience.

Hardest part was getting it to stretch and fit snug around the visor inserts and interior light!

Yep, needs two people to hold it tight while the other sprays and presses the fabric down.

16v fogs and ibiza switches coming soon...

I'm speaking to a couple of people about them mate, its the wiring loom that sounds like a pain in the arse!

As for the ibiza bits, i'm also chatting to a few about sourcing it, but need to sell off more bits first.

im sure the loom can be easily made - all the connectors are easily sourced from VW, so all we would need to do is do the wiring in between.

Yeah defo, I think someone sells the loom + relay over on club polo so i'll have to check it out (or we can diagnose what the parts are LOL  ). Most sets don't come with the plugs for the fogs either, which is a pain. Cheeky picture (off my phone sorry!) of the 6n2 roof strips from above.
