Re: Polo AW Photo Gallery
Why do you run on high RON fuel 1 in 8 tank fulls?
Complete waste of money. Performance wise, it makes no difference to power or mpg. If doing it for extra detergents generally added to premium fuel, modern fuels are very pure now if you stay away from dodgy outlets. Port injection in conjunction with direct injection stops valves coming up. There's really no need to pay up to 15p/L extra for the higher RON stuff.

Re: Polo AW Photo Gallery
I had a Golf R before the Polo GTI+, and that did need high RON fuel. I tried a few tankfuls in the Polo as Costco was only about 5p a litre more for the RON99 fuel. It made no difference to my mpg or responsiveness, so I stick to RON95.PoloLeaseLove wrote: ↑Fri Aug 09, 2019 3:22 pmOk thanks for the heads upmonkeyhanger wrote: ↑Fri Aug 09, 2019 2:55 pm Why do you run on high RON fuel 1 in 8 tank fulls?

Not really a David Bailey type photo, but a nice VW front badge.

Hi Guys,
Hello from Australia!
Here's my Polo Daily. Super fun driving down The Great Ocean Road, the platform just eats up corners.

Both had a fallout remover and Mitchell & King Spa wash, then Sonax BSD as a drying aid before a coat of Power Maxed Summer Jacket

The blue GTI has really grown on me, the contrast with the red looks great.

Thought would put this up before I get comments about sun reflection on previous photo.
Car has been Autoglym by Dealer.Brescia's truly finish it off. Finish is as good as any German car I’ve owned.
