RVC (OEM)?
Wow. I got a test to be done. Cool. Thanks ciclo. But I don’t have the pdc button just yet. Will see how. Right now, I’m waiting for the power inverter installation and most likely the rvc if the cost is right. [emoji23] Ive been storing your gift so long... I should make sure it is install soon!

Fernando, could you please post few photos of "cutting holes process".
I am really curious how this cutting works :)

2- You have purchased a Golf VII steering wheel ... the airbag wiring is not compatible for your 6C.

https://i62.servimg.com/u/f62/18/94/39/39/captur23.jpg

In this picture you can see* that the Horn (H) is fed in a different way and with different terminals/pins on the wiring.

You need an airbag wiring for the Sport 6C steering wheel, but even with it, it may not work properly due to the electronic unit ... the Golf steering wheel is fed with +30 and the 6C with +15, maybe the electronic unit isn't happy because of this.
In pq25 horn is lin controlled also it work with special line from hornpad to bcm. But in case of mqb platform it dosent support horn on lin( may be pq lin dosent understand horn signal from mqb lin). In mqb horn only work on special line. I think adding special line from horn to bcm will solve the issue. Bcm need 12v signal when horn is pressed.

I have installed superb 2017 steering in indian rapid 2011( rebadged polo sedan) i faced same issue that time.

When installing a new MQB steering wheel in a PQ25 the new airbag installed must have two ground points. (Check it)
MQB steering wheel/airbag usually have a single ground point, but there are MQB steering wheels/airbag that have those two ground points. (for example my MFSW/airbag)

Image
Point 2 is the one that is normally missing in MQB airbag and that's why the new Horn doesn't work.

Then the wiring, this must be the 7E0 from VW T6, Amarok, etc... for PQ25 MFSW.

And finally the software of the buttons control unit ... It usually works, but if we make a diagnosis it will yield weird results.

Please open a new topic in 6R/6C section if you want to continue talking about this issue. Thanks.

My wife has a 6C Polo SEL with front and rear parking sensors which seem to work automatically, which is good.

I upgraded my Audi S4 to have front parking sensors as it only had rear parking sensors from factory, what I did not understand as soon as I fitted the front sensors was, to get them work when driving towards a wall/pillar etc,you need to use the switch otherwise they stay "off" - luckily I discovered this before I trusted them to keep me out of trouble!

My mate had Mercedes CLK from 1997 which also had automatically front PDC

I know, it's possible in BCM PQ35, because @Krzycho has got this in his MK5:

It would be great if it was possible in Polo 6R

I guess it will be similar to Golf MK7.

"which is good"... I love the way you explain the things, any interpretation is possible, ...good for your pocket?

I guess the same will be for my 6R.
