I wonder how it will sound with the VW Helix Sound System - coded for 6 speakers?????
But it looks nice
It should sound as good as if the VW Helix Sound System is installed in a Scirocco. In case you know someone with it.
Looks better in live, the images and videos lose quality when I upload them.
I will ask around then.

Good mod, I'm using mine quite often.
It's funny, it was a factory standard in the earliest Polo 6R's and in MY2011 I think, they simply took it out completely.
But the shape is still in the fabric.

Yes, the cut shape is drawn behind the plastic-shelf. (trim panel)
These are some of interesting things that can be found on aliexpress due to the parts they contain. (light, wiring connectors, etc)

I bought it because of those parts it contains because I already had the 12V socket, I do not know if the wiring will be long enough.
The wiring is not a special problem.

My Polo 6R HighLine M.Y.2010 has the 12V socket in the trunk as well and it is exactly as shown in the pictures from your friend's Polo: without the red light.
I guess it was standard only in M.Y.2009 and M.Y.2010.

Really I wonder how your centre console near the end compartment and cup holder there really clean and no scratch at all! Mine full of scratches. [emoji58]

I guess it has to be due to luck, I promise you that I use them often to leave all kinds of objects.
I'm kidding, I always replace all the parts that have scratches.
I don't have to replace the center console this time, however and due to some small scratches, I have to replace the central part between the center console and dashboard (where we support the knee) and also the black glossy trims for climatronic and radio-navigator. In process... (deep overhaul time).

Haha. I was thinking maybe there’s a coating product that can prevent such scratches[emoji23] out there that I’m not aware off. But again, I really adore how you really take a good care of your parts & trims! Excellent!

I think the care i've is due to a professional defect (attitude close to paranoia). In aeronautical matters everything must be perfect.

Excellent! Three little donkeys, ...one of them will become a steed.
