Found my original measurements when I first got this Polo

Front Arch height - 620 mm
Rear Arch height - 630 mm

So on that basis the kit will do a maximum of 100mm drop with the coilovers on the lowest possible setting

I've now got it back to nearly where it was (on the lowering springs and original shocks) at 570 mm Arch height all round which is a 60mm drop on the rear and a 50 mm drop on the front and the car sits nice and even.

On this set up my car clears all the road humps round here and I'd prefer it to stay that way

I'm expecting to have to adjust it further as the springs and shocks bed in and settle down so when it has I'll note down the position of the adjuster collars front and rear should anyone else want the same ride height straight out of the box.
