Wen u do fit ur manifold can u do a how to as there isnt one is there and where to put the lamba sensor and all that jazz??
Would be a great help to ppl and maybe me lol!
Yeah coilys it may be but im a little worried about my exhaust hitting the body work as it sits standard height about 10mm away now so wen i lower it i rekon im gona have issues yeah???

for fitting of the manifold i won't be doing it. probalbly be the garage.
ive got maybe about 100mm between the road and the lowest part of my exhaust. it only realy catches on very bumpy roads

Yeah i spose so m8, So wen will u have ur mani fitted, with the cam work and pulleys??
Gains on wot ur having done??? like bhp and torque figures at a guess??
Would like to go and have cam work done but the box is goin to let me down i rekon so will do manifold de cat and remap me thinks!

yeh il get it fiited either before or after my cams, followed by the remap. hope to see about 160 possibly

No box is safe! Youd have to have a metal bearing rebuild if you wanted a decent box, but theyre still like chocolate

Yeah and as quiet as possible (basically same noise as standard as a BMC sounds better than a chavvy exhaust note
