Cheers, looking forward to getting it. I took along some print outs from offers i had from dealers via Carwow site and they matched them. Id have maybe liked sat nav but its £700,:not paying that wen I have a perfectly good one on my smartphone.

I agree about the sat nav but I ordered the mirrorlink so that the sat nav apps will show on the car's screen.....well that's the plan. Time will tell, got a compatible phone so fingers crossed.

Cool, just a matter of waiting now.

Oh and this is the DCC on the price an spec list.

Congratulations on the order Andy! Did your dealer give you any estimate of lead time for delivery?

Everyone seems to be going for Flash Red it seems - serves VW UK right for making every other colour a cost option!

He sed 2nd week of may worst case. But was hoping april . He reckons all 5 door polos built in South Africa apart from GTi which is built in Germany still

Congrats on the order! They build some 5 doors in Spain as well. My SE Design just left the factory. Couldn't stretch to Blue GT or GTI unfortunately, maybe next time!

i ordered mine back in january but the deals said 3-4 months? this about right?

Yes I ordered mine in the second week of January, had an initial build week of 23 (ouch) now I've been told week 13 but awaiting further confirmation of this. What you have been told is about right.
Nice time of the year to be picking up a new car is how I look at it!

yeah the dealer was supposed to be sending me the tracking code but seem unable to work emails.

are there any options that add to the build time? just read on the net that certain options might.

Yes I think some options can. I remember last time ordering the 2010 GTI the sunroof seem to delay some delivery times.
