If you dont have the soldering skills, take the board to some SMD repair place, or a phone repair place and ask them to remove the chip for you.

I have OBDeleven and it has option to code EEPROM so I might give it a try if someone knows these values..
When you enter these values you hold on R to read it and then you can change it..(I think)
